WHY AANEN?
As a 7 year Division 1 Basketball Player, Aanen not only has learned how to train his body, but also how to take care of it. He has tried every “bio-hack” circulating the fitness industry to ensure his peak performance as an athlete. Through his knowledge and experiences, Aanen has the tools to enhance personal health goals alongside any basketball objectives.
With a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Aanen has attained skills in biomechanics, kinesiology, fitness, stress management, health nutrition, and exercise management. His formal education along with mentorship from the best strength and conditioning coaches in the country, puts him in a very favorable position to help individuals achieve any fitness related goals for a fraction of the price.
